Angela Founder/Owner of Aluna Events and Aluna Sugaring, has over 26 years experience in the industry as a Master Esthetician, Body Sugaring Practitioner and Educator.
She is also a Certified Make Up Artist, Fitness Instructor and Events Planner.
As a "jill" of all trades and talents, she has a virtue with patience and a passion for what she does and it shows in her workmanship.
She has worked with a number of sugaring companies over the last 18 years and used many of the sugar pastes and supplies.
Her goal is to provide students with the opportunity to obtain valuable continuing education that is cost-effective, rewarding, and most importantly, convenient.
After you complete your certification, you will be able to call Angela for advice, and any trouble shooting that you may encounter. If you need further hands-on assistance, she will arrange the time that you need and we will work with your clients together to build your confidence.
Angela has the knowledge and experience to help you market yourself effectively to get clients through your door.
She is not just a professional sugaring educator, Angela has a very successful business where sugaring services make up 65% of her studio’s revenue.
In the last 26 years she has received extensive, advanced education and multiple diplomas in esthetics, aromatherapy, reflexology, medical body treatments, waxing, body sugaring as well as brazilian methods and techniques with sugaring.
Angela chose to become a professional body sugaring hair removal educator because she believes in empowering entrepreneurs and success driven individuals with a niche in this industry.
In 2006 she had the opportunity to teach esthetics in Kingston in a Private Hairstyling and Esthetics Academy.
Angela takes pride with continuously upgrading her knowledge and learning with the latest techniques in this industry. With her experience she is able to teach you the best hands on methods and techniques to ensure that you will have great success!
